Dr John-Paul Killen completed his MB, BS at the University of NSW in 1999 and has been delivering expert clinical care to patients managing kidney conditions for over 25 years.

His particular interests are in hypertension management, perioperative care of patients with kidney disease, vascular access and anaemia management in patients with chronic kidney disease.

 

He is involved in the lecturing and teaching of medical students through university appointments, and supervision and training of advanced trainee registrars in renal medicine.

His research interests involve treatments aimed at improving cardiovascular outcomes of patients with chronic kidney disease and vascular access outcomes of patients on dialysis.
