Dr Christina Lai

Dr Christina Lai graduated from the University of New South Wales in Sydney and completed her basic physicians training at St. Vincent’s Hospital. She was awarded her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP) upon completing her specialist training in renal medicine through Liverpool Hospital, Concord Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

 

She has particular interests in hypertension, management of chronic kidney disease, dialysis and renal transplantation.

 

Dr Lai is a researcher in kidney transplantation. She is currently completing a PhD on early immunological and clinical events in kidney transplantation. She has presented at national and international conferences.

 

Dr Lai is a VMO at Mater Hospital and Strathfield Private Hospital. She holds an honorary VMO position at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

 

Dr Lai is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
